Scope
This notice covers the GamingCap website, a Pracandy product. Other Pracandy products have their own notices.
Early-access requests
The early-access form sends your email address, creator preference and optional channel details to the Pracandy waitlist service. This information is used to manage invitations and respond to your request.
Website analytics
The current website loads Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Google may use cookies and device or network information. Your browser settings and content blockers can restrict this tracking.
Software and planned accounts
Account registration, subscription billing and the public trial are being prepared. Before they open, this notice must be updated with the deployed providers, retention periods and account controls. The planned trial checks use account, installation and hashed public-IP identifiers to limit repeat trials. A hashed identifier is not anonymous data.
Privacy requests
Contact swotboysandy@gmail.com to request removal from the waitlist, correction of your submitted details or information about your data. Include GamingCap in the subject. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or private recordings. Information needed for security or legal obligations may need to be retained; request-specific details will be explained in the response.
