Local video processing

GamingCap processes recordings on your Windows PC. Video files, detected clips and exported montages are not uploaded to Pracandy for processing. You choose the files and where exported files are saved.

Account and membership data

Sign-in and account services process the email address, account identifier and session data needed to authenticate you. Membership records include plan, status, renewal dates and payment-provider references. GamingCap does not store full card details.

• Supabase provides authentication.
• Razorpay processes eligible India payments.
• Dodo Payments processes other supported payments as merchant of record.

Website measurement and logs

The website runs self-hosted Umami (cookieless), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 automatically when a page loads; there is no consent prompt, and the cookie bar is a notice only. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location to Google. You can block these with your browser's cookie and script settings, a tracker blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; see the cookie policy. Hosting and security systems process ordinary request logs such as IP address, browser, requested URL and timestamp for reliability and abuse prevention.

Your choices

You may cancel renewal from the account page and request access, correction or deletion of account information by email. Uninstalling GamingCap does not automatically cancel an active membership.
