Terms for the GamingCap Windows application and membership.

The service
GamingCap is Windows software that analyses recordings you provide, detects moments containing your specified in-game name, lets you review clips and exports selected clips as a montage. It does not record gameplay, operate as an in-game overlay or guarantee that every event will be detected.
Membership and renewal
A paid monthly or yearly membership renews automatically until cancelled. The price, currency and billing period are shown before payment. Cancel future renewal from your account; access continues through the paid period.
Your recordings
You retain responsibility for recordings and exports. You must have the right to process and share the footage, names, audio and other material it contains. Do not use GamingCap to infringe rights, evade game rules or create unlawful content.
Software availability
Detection depends on recording quality, resolution, language, game interface and name visibility. The software is provided as available and may receive compatibility, security and feature updates. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
