Cancellation and refunds
How GamingCap cancellations, renewals and refunds work.

Cancel any time
Cancel from your account to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not end the period already paid for.
Refund eligibility
A first membership charge may be refunded in full when requested within seven days. Duplicate charges, payments that never grant access and confirmed billing errors are refunded. Renewal charges are reviewed when charged in error or when a substantial service failure affected the paid period.
Requesting a refund
Email from the account address with the payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is normally five to seven working days after approval.
