Cancellation and refunds

Current status

This website does not currently accept subscription payments. Joining the early-access list does not charge you. The paid-service refund policy is awaiting final approval before checkout opens.

Planned cancellation

The intended policy is to stop future renewals when a subscription is cancelled while keeping access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation and a refund are separate requests.

Payment problems

For a duplicate debit, an unrecognised GamingCap charge or paid access that was not delivered, contact swotboysandy@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference, date and a short explanation. Never include your card number, CVV, password or OTP.

Before subscriptions launch

Refund eligibility, request deadlines, review time and processing estimates must be published here before accepting payments. No discretionary refund window or bank-processing guarantee is promised by this preview. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
