No. GamingCap works with recordings you already have. Record with OBS, your screen recorder or your phone as usual, then bring the file into GamingCap after the match. There is no live capture and no in-game overlay.

Detection can miss moments. GamingCap only keeps an event when your player name is confirmed, so it would rather skip a moment than hand you someone else's. Always review the suggested clips before exporting.

No. Video processing happens on your computer and recordings are never uploaded. An internet connection is still needed for sign-in and access checks.
