Shipping and digital delivery

Digital product only

GamingCap is software. There are no physical goods, shipping fees, courier deliveries or physical returns.

Beta delivery

Private-beta access is invitation-based. Submitting the website form is not a purchase and does not guarantee an invitation or delivery date.

Planned paid delivery

When subscriptions open, access is intended to be linked to the signed-in account after server-side payment confirmation. Download instructions, supported Windows versions and the activation timeframe must be provided before purchase. Payment confirmation on a browser alone is not proof that access was activated.

Missing access

If an invitation or paid access is missing, contact swotboysandy@gmail.com. Include your account email and any payment reference, but no passwords or banking credentials.
